Bangladesh Research and Education Network (BdREN) successfully organized a workshop titled "Enhancement of Collaboration and Use of Generative AI" today at the KYAMCH Auditorium of Khaja Yunus Ali University (KYAU), with the active participation of 144 attendees.

The workshop was designed as part of BdREN’s ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration among academic institutions and promote the effective use of emerging technologies, particularly generative AI, in higher education. The event brought together faculty members, officials, and stakeholders to explore innovative solutions for research, administration, and learning environments.

The program began with registration and a welcome address by the Director of IQAC, followed by remarks from BdREN’s CEO, highlighting the organization’s commitment to advancing digital transformation across Bangladesh’s education and research network. The Honorable Vice Chancellor of KYAU attended as the Chief Guest, while the Principal of KYAMC joined as the Special Guest, reinforcing institutional support for such initiatives.

BdREN experts led a series of technical sessions to showcase its service landscape, AI-driven tools, network security solutions, and e-Resource portfolio. A dedicated segment on AI-powered survey tools demonstrated practical applications that institutions can adopt to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

A key highlight of the workshop was the interactive discussion session on enhancing collaboration, where participants exchanged ideas and explored opportunities for future partnerships under the BdREN network.

The event concluded with a networking lunch, reaffirming BdREN’s role as a catalyst for innovation, collaboration, and technology adoption in Bangladesh’s higher education ecosystem.
