BdREN Board of Trustees Holds 61st Meeting
Dhaka, July 26, 2026 – The 61st meeting of the Board of Trustees of Bangladesh Research and Education Network (BdREN) was held yesterday at the BdREN office, Dhaka. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Dr. Mamun Ahmed, Chairperson of BdREN.
This session marked the inaugural participation of three newly appointed trustees: Professor Dr. Md. Rais Uddin, Vice-Chancellor, Jagannath University; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Iqbal, Vice-Chancellor, Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET); and Prof. Dr. Md. Akhter Hossain Khan, Vice-Chancellor, State University of Bangladesh.
The Board of Trustees convenes regularly to review operational progress, deliberate on strategic directions, and make key decisions to ensure the effective governance and continued growth of BdREN.
