Deployment of 2nd NRS connected with Honk Kong and Australia
Bangladesh Research and Education Network (BdREN) is the National Roaming Operator (NRO) of Bangladesh for secure Wi-Fi network access services round the globe for the academic and research users. , BdREN has auspiciously deployed its second National level Radius server(NRS), which is connected now with two APAN Top Level RADIUS (TLR) Servers, Hong Kong (HKPolyU) and AARNet, Australia. This will ensure providing redundancy at the downstream level where NRSs are connected with the Institutional Radius Servers (IRSs) of each Identity Providing Institutions. At the same time this landmark brings better roaming opportunities for the Researchers, Faculty members and students at the upstream.
