BdREN Signs an Agreement with BSMRSTU for Maintenance of Campus Network
An agreement was signed between BdREN and BSMRSTU on 03 April 2023 at the Vice-Chancelor’s Office in BSMRSTU, Gopalganj. The agreement was signed by Honorable Registrar, BSMRSTU and CEO, BdREN from respective sides.
Under this agreement BdREN has been assigned with the responsibility of maintaining the campus network built under G.74-AF package of Higher Education Quality Enhancement Package (HEQEP). The maintenance package contains repair and replacement services of all the equipment and accessories delivered under the said package. Also under the contract one data technician will be deployed in the BSMRSTU campus for providing full-time maintenance services.
The signing ceremony was also attended by Prof. Dr. A. Q. M. Mahbub, Vice-Chancellor, BSMRSTU; Dr. Mohammad Farooq Ali Tarafder, CAFO, BdREN; Md. Ariful Islam, Manager (Data and Transmission), BdREN; B.M. Ariful Islam, System Analyst, BSMRSTU and other distinguished faculty members.
Honorable Vice-Chancellor expressed his expectation that the amicable relationship between BSMRSTU and BdREN will be strengthened through signing of this contract and will allow BdREN in extending additional services even beyond the purview of the contract.
