Workshop on IPv6 Deployment in R&E Networks

We are pleased to announce that a workshop on IPv6 Deployment in R&E Networks will be held on 31 July – 02 August 2018 at University Grants Commission, Dhaka, Bangladesh. This workshop is targeted at preparing the network engineers for implementation of IPv6 in their respective network. The details of the workshop will be uploaded soon at https://www.bdren.net.bd/index.php/event.

The attendees from Asi@Connect partners will receive a financial support to participate this workshop as per below breakdown.

  • Countries eligible for support of TWO participants (AF, BT, NP, MM, MN, LA, KH)
  • Countries eligible for support of ONE participant (MY, IN, ID, PH, PK, LK, TH, VN)

Selected participant must be engineer currently working preferably in NREN or in equivalent position in member institution of the NREN. He/she should have sufficient knowledge of networking, IP addressing and routing.

Asi@Connect will provide FULL support, covering the cheapest roundtrip economy airfare and diems for 4 nights. Per Diem allowance is Euro 90/night/person and maximum allowable diem is for 4 nights during workshop program.
