The Bangladesh Research Education Network (BdREN) is a membership (not-for-profit) organization that currently provides Internet services to over 32 higher education institutions.

These institutions include all the 31 public and 1 private universities in Bangladesh as well as national and international research bodies. In total, the institutions have a student population of about 10,000 and over 5,00 faculty members and researchers. BdREN will be constituted as a Trust with a secretariat and a highly qualified Information Technology (IT) professionals and administrators.
